   I am looking for advice on the best car rentals and the location for pick up and drop off. We will be in visiting the UK in Mid-February. We will stay in London for the first 3 or 4 days and then want to rent a car for two weeks. From London, we will head to West Sussex, then go to Wales, next to Nottingham and return to London.
