1. Re: How can I raise a complaint against Budgetair. to clarify, the airline received your money from BudgetAir when they booked the ticket. BudgetAir are the airline's customer. BudgetAir will request the refund and when received should deduct their fees and pass the remainder to you.
The cancel in 24 hour rule is only when you book direct with the airline. This does not mean that this company will not do a refund it just means they do not have to. But sometimes a non refundable fare means just that no refunds.
