   They have an incredible selection of sweaters and blankets made by local knitters. But the best part of this store is there selection of Icelandic yarns at prices lower than what I would pay in the US. They also have roving and untwist yarn that good to use for felting. Loved this store with there very helpful clerks.

   This small shop is a treasure trove of hand knitted sweaters using true Iceland wool. You'll pay a lot for one of them, but it will be worth it. The shop people are very helpful, and will offer you information on duty free which helps with the price! I found the sizing to be inconsistent, but probably because these are all hand knitted.

   We looked all over Reykjavik and found the prices were pretty much similar in most places. Did not like the quality of what we saw at the fleamarket. The handknitters association ended up being the best deals for good quality woolen goods. We also found a couple of really nice sweaters at the gift shop in the bus station.
