Arrived at the desk, big queue then the guy tried to sell me everything - i said no. Got to the car, wasn't clean. Got to the hotel, checked paperwork - the guy had put $500 worth of stuff onto my bill ...
7 years ago. "Most car rental at Orlando airport have bad reviews". Not true, although every rental company has at least one or two disgruntled customers. Avis, Hertz and Alamo have good reputations. I have used Thrifty with no problems. However, you MUST join and use the company's loyalty program.

Enterprise is the best rent a car company reguardless which airport. They have the best rules n regegs, which they always explain. But i am n Orlando now n rented a econ car n got a free upgrade car. Its onsite just downstairs from baggage claim. I was a lot to walk down lane and pick from a couple cars. Have trails.

About 8-9 miles from the airport. Enterprise will send someone from the closest location to pick you up. You just have to call them. So someone from that location will not pick you up at the airport. They will tell you to go to the airport location. Each Enterprise has an area they cover. If you are outside that area they will not pick you up.
