The Green Line B, C, and D trains all have stops within walking distance to Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum.
The best tailgating is on Shea Field, attached to the Stadium. Tailgating on Shea begins 3 hours before gametime. BC fans are very laid back and the vast majority won't care at all about your gear. Speaking as an alum and season ticket holder, it's really not a rabid football school and most fans aren't super hardcore.
