I've been looking for a car rental place in IAD (Washington Dulles) in July. kAlmost every single site has min-priced cars @ about $33 a day, but for some reason, Kayak.com has some cars at $15 a day. Has anyone ever dealt with them?

It shows prices on various web sites side by side but you actually rent the car through which ever other web site you choose. I use it to see possible prices and then book through one of the car web sites that seem reasonable.

Ques: is there any rental company that will bring your kayak to the river or we rent and drag on wheels rather than lift on the car? We are not super fit to do it ourselves on the way back or bring it down - most companies say their people will help load but of course we have to load on our way back. We have no idea how much effort that is.
