Cruise Ship Day. Jul 21, 2024, 6:09 PM. My husband & I will be arriving in Adelaide by cruiseship 3 Oct 2024 at 7:00AM & departing at 6:00PM via the Diamond Princess. I have emailed quite a few tour operators in Adelaide but the ones I have contacted do not do tours for cruise ship passengers. We prefer not to do tours through the cruise lines.
Himeji Castle is well worth it (to me) even if you don't go inside at all. It's a magnificent and beautiful castle. Stop by for a couple of hours and see the castle and visit the garden next door. There is a fun shopping street, Miyuki Dori, between the station and the castle. If you're going to walk, go through it.

If staying in Kamakura is not a must, consider staying in Yokohama/Sakuragicho stations where there are more hotels. Kamakura and Yokohama are served by frequent rapid service JR commuter trains in 30 min (along the JR Yokosuka line). Reply.
