I think currently they will run out of small cars first so they will make you a good deal to upgrade, maybe only a dollar or 2 a day, just be careful with gas. Also on dollar if you put in promo code TARR you get 20% off, I have no idea why , but it works.

The link you provided goes to a rental car broker/travel agent type site. That's just asking for trouble. I would never go that route, especially coming in from overseas. I highly recommend you rent directly from one of the major, reputable brand-name car rental companies that are located in the parking garage across from the main terminal.
