   just go with the best rate you can get from one of the major companies (Hertz, Avis, National, Alamo, Budget, Dollar, Thrifty, Enterprise). I'd recommend booking a cancelable rate directly through the company (not Priceline, Expedia, etc.) and just keep shopping, rates can be very fluid and there are usually coupon codes you can apply.
