Here is my experience: WARNING: Vio.com are scammers. In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I booked a room with them in Cancun.

I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.
Go Ahead tours has been around for many yrs and does tours all over the world. There was a thread on Go Ahead on TA that ran for yrs with hundreds of postings. You can always find someone with a complaint but for the most part Go Ahead has good reviews. Understand that many UK tour operators net everything down and don't include a lot of meals.

I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights.

It probably is a legit (i.e. legal) company but that doesn't make it a good idea to use. Airfares are rarely "live" and when you try to book, you are sent an email requesting more money for the higher fare. If you try to cancel, you will get your money back months later, if at all.
