I have just looked at the UK Disney site and at the moment staying at a Value resort you are getting free 1 quick serve meal with a non alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal plus a snack or drink per person per day. If you want to upgrade that to the full quick serve plan it is £270 per person. This was on my 10 day plan.

If you choose moderate you can get the counter dining only. The rest of the deluxe resorts will set you back a bit more. The past couple of years free dining ran from around May _ Start Nov( for following year) with different incentives along the way. I wouldn’t take anything Disney’s customer service says as truth. They give bad information all the time. Disney has no incentive to offer free dining at any point right now. The parks have limited capacity and are hitting it. Free dining is to draw people in. No point in drawing people in to not be able to have them at the parks.
Re: Disney free dining plan 2021. Free dining, if it is offered, is only for holidays the year of offer.If it’s offered for 2021 it will probably be for holidays taken between April and September 2021 that are booked in 2020. If you want to book for 2022 you will need to book around April 2021 that is of course if it is offered then.
