Bookstores like Maruzen and Kinokuniya have them, as do stationary stores like Jimukichi. jusco, Saty, Apita, Donquihote...the all in one shopping stop stores, in their stationary section, will some, but they won't be as nice as Maruzen or Kinokuniya.

On the north side of the bridge that crosses rio Cuale, It is one or two blocks from HSBC bank, same side of the street. I have never been inside but the window displays are always B'day related.

We arrived at the Tokyo Disneyland area midday and weren't going to the parks until the next day. We had already checked into our hotel so we decided to stop at Bon Voyage, especially since we missed it the last trip to Japan. We spent about an hour going through the store and we bought quite a few items.
