I have a few reservations with different companies. I’ll be canceling and let one or two remain. Right now I have enterprise $590; and thrifty $400; and Avis $600.

You have to book on the cargo ferries which travel infrequently and on a variable and unreliable schedule. The cargo ferry does not take cars to Culebra.

I found just what I need from Thrifty on Trip Advisor and Rentalcars.com, with a location in the terminal. When I tried cross checking this on the Thrifty website (because I have trust issues), there is no location in Puerto Rico at all.
