Votes. Shuttle is not complimentary. Disney does not offer transportation to the parks from Downtown Disney, new name Disney Springs. Only free transportation to the resorts and from any resort to the parks, but it takes more than an hr to do this. Another option, a taxi to the nearest Disney hotel Coronado Springs, from there to the parks.
