   Priceline is ABSOLUTELY scamming it’s customers. When they say the “Express Deal” is $20.00 cheaper and they charge you an extra $19.20 in “taxes and fees”, that is my definition of a S-C-A-M. (Fairly easy check - Ramsey MN, 6/17/22 - Comfort Suites). However, I’m not sure Priceline is setting the “taxes and fees”.

   That is why if i would not want anyone of my 3 choices I would not book this. I will only book it if the worst choice is at a hotel that I would want to stay at and at a good price for that hotel. Take your time and only book when you are sure any one of the 3 would do well for you.

However time pressures sometimes means it’s easier to see the sort of prices on offer on an aggregator site rather than traveling through each supplier individually. I’ve learned a lesson though.    6 years ago. Priceline's customer service is terrible and trying to book with them can be a real pain in the neck. Don't get me wrong I've used their site and love getting deals, but would compare them to Wal-mart: You may be able to get a better price, but it typically isn't worth the grief you go through.
