Just thought I'd chime in here, since we just returned from Cabo and PG (sadness being home!) that we used the Walmart delivery and it worked out perfectly. One of the bellmen escorted the two delivery employee's straight to our room and helped us unload.

And prices are in pesos. Some folks have shared that the wait for delivery can be a few hours past the scheduled time.
Answer 61 of 85: A previous poster had mentioned that Walmart now delivers groceries in Cabo. We decided to give it a try. There is an EXCELLENT post HERE that gives very detailed, useful instructions on how to use the service...
Per instructions in link above, used my hotel and room number as the delivery address. Scheduled delivery for noon-1pm same day (just 3 hours after placing the order). Delivery came at 1:15 (it was the Sunday of the Ironman so I was more than pleased that they were just a few minutes late given the ridiculous traffic delays).

I think most people who shop at the NuevoVallarta/Valle Dorado WalMart do a grocery trip in person and take their groceries back to the resort/condo in a taxi, like we did twice last month.
