You would need to use a VPN to pretend you are in the UK, but even then the Beeb are quick to spot high volumes of iPlayer streamers from the same UK IP address and will quickly shut it down. An alternative is PirateBay, I've just checked and S05E04 was uploaded just an hour or so after it was shown on TV.
