The last 100% plus game downtown was a full pay Joker Poker at 100.1% at the old Las Vegas Club. These days, the best full pay games you will find are 9/6 Jacks or Better at 99.54% and 8/5 Bonus Poker at 99.17%. These games don't exist on the strip and are hard to find downtown, though off strip casinos usually have them.
16 years ago. I read somewhere that a quick way to rack up the points needed for the Wynn Buffet is to play video roulette $30 black $30 red, $2 zero. This should give you a scenario that you are coming out even, gaining points,but losing the $2 dollar bet. It should take 3 spins or so to get the points.

Re: 2 for 1 Buffet Coupons. Subscribe to the Las Vegas Advisor, cost $37, but the coupon book is totally worth it. Go downtown and the freeplay coupons alone will practically cover your cost of the coupon book. The Fremont and MSS 2-fers are only available in this book now.
