They are not part of the regular rental car location at the airport, you need to take an additional shuttle. Based on previous reviews shared here, specifically about Fox in Vegas, I wouldn't chance it at all. Reply.

   And rental companies don’t keep rental cars for 1-2 hours after the booked pickup time unless they state that in their T&Cs. So making sure the rental location is open 1-2hrs after the time you booked to pick up might lead to disappointment if you also expect your car to be waiting for you when you are late. Check Budget rent a car on Tropicana Ave across from the Orleans, usually much lower with NO airport fees, even with the Uber ride from the airport! Reply.
