Thanks for posting your experience, Shugr. I tried again today on my computer plus a new one, on both Chrome and Edge browsers. I think there is something wrong with the Checkout page. It asks for choice of delivery (email) and my contact information, but not payment information. There is a "Submit Order" button on the bottom of the page.
