Please NEVER get a rental from Budget!! RACIST EMPLOYEES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees at the LAX location are RACISTS and rude to work with. Recent experience with them caused my family and I lots of trauma and emotional disturbance. Their fastbreak membership is also not valuable at all.

3 years ago. Honestly I think I’d rather go on foot than rent from Budget ever again. We’ve been burned by them and their “Fast Break” service twice in less than 6 months at MCO. When we were there at Easter we rented from Enterprise and when we passed the Budget counter at midnight there were at least 150 people in line.
4 years ago. I would not use Budget simply for their toll pass costs. You get charged every day from the first usage even if you never use a toll after the first time. Pretty much unless you go offsite with say Enterprise you will be paying a hefty facility charge to cover the cost of the new rental building and tram.
8 helpful votes. Budget Car Rental (US) charged for returning early. 2 years ago. We hired a car for 21 days in Orlando, collect and return from MCO airport. We were due to drop it off at 5pm but we were 2 hours early. We checked the car back in with no dramas. 2 days after arriving home we were slapped with a $402 charge on the credit card.
Took a total of 30 minutes from exiting my plane at the gate to exiting the airport in my rental car. Walk past the rental counter area follow the FASTBREAK signs.
