    If Alamo at the rental agency doesn't know in advance that you are an Insider, they can't reserve you a better car. In any case, the Costco website explains the difficulty this way, which I am not fully understanding: "Loyalty numbers can be entered for Avis, Budget, and Enterprise on Costco Travel’s website before finalizing the reservation.

Alamo has a long history at MCO, and I have used them plenty of times with zero issues. The garage is not dimly lit and it is your responsibility to not drive off without inspecting.
