I have booked a car rental at the Kona airport with Budget and now I see a better price with either Thrifty or Dollar. BUT i see all of these companies get really bad reviews on Trip Advisor for this location.

I played around with discounts and found some good deals. If you're an American Express Card Holder, under discount code, for Contact ID use 7016136 or if you're a Costco card holder, use Contact ID 7014627.
