' Priceline has been of no help when there is a booking problem' Again very weird. On my last Priceline booked hotel, I had a date changed on me and the dates I booked were now no longer good. After calling Priceline they were able to refund me my hotel's cost with no added charges, so I could book the right dates.
Priceline is mostly bad news for travel. They refer you to the airline sites and appear to bundle the trip using different airlines but if one airline cancels or modifies a flight in a way that completely messes up your whole trip you can only cancel on that airline and priceline is worthless for the whole package even if nothing is your fault at all.
Hi, I've found an airline ticket for $90 less on Priceline than what is on the airline's website. I've never used Priceline for anything before but upon researching it, many people are saying they don't like it because it doesn't show the flight times up front.
So I say; same airline required the positive reviews of Priceline and the volume of airline ticket sales make the case that: YES Priceline is reliable. My brother is a 30 yr employee (intl flight attendant) for Delta Airlines and he uses Priceline all the time. (Granted, he uses priceline for hotels and not flights, since he flies for free.)
