Google Flights, while easy to use, doesn't seem to show as many flight options as Matrix ITA. Google Flights have links that go to the airline website that could let you book the very fare (but doesn't always work). Matrix ITA does not. You can always take the fare basis to a live travel agent or the airline and see if the fare is indeed available.

"Google flights " seems very easy to use and I notice it gives me a choice of who to book through after I make my flight selection. One of the choices is the airline itself (in this case Delta).
