Since they have been suction cup, windshield-mounted - I have occasionally needed to rent a car temporarily and I just moved them.

I think they cost $5 and you would get a cheaper rate as well. As Surf mentioned, Toll-by-Plate rates are higher than the transponder rate, but less than cash rate.
