   1 year ago. I belong to Costco and Sam's Club here in Tucson. I visit Mazatlan 3 or 4 times per year, but no longer go to Sam's Club there. One of the reasons is many items, especially food, come in large quantities, more than I need for a week to ten day visit. My go to place is Soriana which is near the Golden Zone.

   Re: Costco/ Sam's Club. 6 years ago. Same here, we have a Mexico Costco card and it works fine in Canada. It cost us 500 pesos which at the time was $35 Cdn compared to $50 Cdn at Home. You get two cards with a 500 peso membership, so you could actually split it with someone else. Report inappropriate content.

Another good option is the Soriana grocery located in Centro Maya , just across the highway from Sam's. It is a very nice store and probably your fastest stop. Report inappropriate content.

Taxi was $6 from the american area just to the right of the border entrance (comes with a slight tour of the area) and $5 back.
