I visited the Playa Del Carmen Walmart in March 2019 and while at the checkout register a gentleman with a thick English accent approached me disguised as a Walmart manager and to make the story short I walked with him to the Travel Agency Playa Del Carmen desk (inside Walmart and across from registers) and there was a woman there by the name of Delores and she spoke good English.
