5. Re: Car rental drop off at TPA. You’d have to get from the arrival airside to the monorail that takes you to the rental building. All counters are there, as well as the cars. On dropping off, the reverse is in order. Drop the car, catch the monorail back to the main airport and proceed to the departing airside.
