Was concerned because online reviews weren't good but when I got there 30 minutes early, they were able to get me a vehicle right away. My wait time was 10 minutes, and they upgraded my vehicle from a compact to a SUV without additional fees.

   Answered: Think twice about doing business here. Off airport location. Long wait to check-out. High pressure "up-sell" employees. Poor quality cars. I rented here last year and now they are suddenly charging my credit card for small amounts.
