Their 800 number reps will not give it out and the contact I have and online only have their national #s (877) 283-0898 + 800 THRIFTY. I need to ask them about a minor change of plans and keep getting conflicting info from these national reps.

To leave airport and come back to return car we were charged £63 sterling. The toll charges are generally $1 or 35 cents sometimes 80 cents. This is what I call ripping off the tourist.
