We'll be arriving at Chicago O'Hare on Sat. 6/30 about 6 pm. After we pick up our Alamo rental car, we'll be driving to my son's in Portage, MI.

   If you missed the 7 days, you can't do anything about it. They only give you a 7 day grace period and after that, you're in violation. However, if you just missed one toll, I don't think they will ticket you. Pretty sure you have to miss three or four before they send out a ticket.

Which wouldn't be too terribly far of a walk from the Homewood. You would have to call the garage about current rates and to see if they still had their weekend $6.

   Entered my Hertz rental agreement number and proceeded to pay the $19.50 by my Visa card, here comes the "con", right at the end of the process the dollar sign changed to a pound sign - I was about to be charged £19.50 not $19.50. Time to phone them, and here came another problem they are unable to accept non US credit cards over the phone.
