Uber or Lyft will be $35-40 to the Disney Springs area (barring any weird surge pricing). Taxi, usually just a litle more. The taxi area and the rideshare areas are well marked at the airport.

Shuttlebus is on level 1. Much less walking. Plus, not sure the train is running 100%. It wasn't running when I was there last week.
