Also the grocery stores La Comer/ Fresko, Chedraui and Soriana. There's also a farmacia a y z- there's a couple in town and one at the Koral Center outside of Hospital H.
2. Re: Closest Border Crossing to Mexico for Pharmacy. Aug 27, 2023, 11:43 AM. I agree that it is not worth the risk, and the long 3+ hour drive from San Antonio, to save a few dollars. You’ve never been to Mexico, so you’d have no idea where the farmacias are, and you’d also be a crime target since you’d be in an unfamiliar area.
