   I've done Expedia bundles before, and this one I'm looking at currently has flight + hotel which is cheaper than airfare (booking with Delta or United) altogether!    Matrix says the multi city is available, googleflights says its available only by phoning. Thats a 1 stop to AKL (HKG) and non stop to TYO & FRA. for €1250 ish. I'd take a note of all flight No's off googleflights (dates & times) and call LH for a firm price.

You each book your air and transfer to hotel, you can book hotel directly through a discount site and make sure your hotel room is two queen beds for two adults.
