Perhaps two years ago, I have used their live chat to work out my booking problem. Today, there is contact through twitter or facebook.
As for contacting them, with Malaysia a coupe of hours behind us, it is best to call first thing in the monring, say about 7:30am our time, then they are normally quiet as it is only 5:30am in Malaysia. Or, if you are a night owl, call very late at night.
