Most offer marginal discounts, have restrictions and/or impose a 20% gratuity (only on coupon users!). Especially in the off-season, you can find much better coupons in the newspapers than in the touristy books.

You can print the coupons off the website for free, the $8 is for the Myrtle Beach Guide book which is their other fancier coupon book with articles, still the same type of coupons as in MBBucks and Monster.
