Re: Don't Use Expedia - terrible customer service. "will now contact the airline directly". Good luck with that - you may find that the airline can't help you because Expedia "owns" the booking (i.e. the airline's customer is Expedia, not you). This is one of the hazards of booking on-line via a third party.
