If they did take it to Lost and Found, I do believe that the average day trip person would think it would be at the Visitor Center. Go to the Yosemite NPS webpage and see if you can get the number for the Visitor Center - if not, call one of the hotels and ask them for the number.

Sadly, from July 2018 all lost and found items at TSA check points is handled by the LAX police lost and found. I have contacted the TSA and the airport via telephone email and the online claims form. Telephone and email just direct you back to the online claim and there's no way to deal with any humans. I am not feeling hopeful.

Check the damage of the car before driving it, take some pics with the camera of the front bumper and and scuffs and scrapes. Report inappropriate content.
