We flew on JetBlue. I paid for the luggage the day before we left and it was $20.00 a bag. I believe it is only $20.00 a bag if you check in at the kiosk the day of your trip. Once you get to the ticket counter it is $25.00 a bag.

If as I suspect this is 2 tickets you will need to collect your luggage and recheck it . This will include paying any luggage fee for the 2nd leg of your trip.
Whether they transfer baggage might be down to if the site books you as one ticket or 2 separate ones. ANA and Jet Blue are partners so that is good. Sometimes partner airline computers don't work well together and you need to get your booking number for each of them to see your seats and your actual booking and to check in.
Baggage fees are assessed per one-way flight. For Blue fares, the first checked bag fee is $25 and the second checked bag is $35. For Blue Plus fares, one (1) checked bag is included and the second checked bag fee is $35. For Blue Flex fares, two (2) checked bags are included. For Mint® fares: two checked bags up to 70 pounds each are included.
