This is my 1st experience at the New Jazeera Terminal (T5). I have flown with Jazeera previously to Dubai through the main terminal designed for all flights. The T5 is customer-centric terminal. The whole journey from your car to the gate is simply 90-meter in length. The checking in process is smooth. T5 is bright, neat and clean.

This was first experience with Jazeera Airways for me and my wife. Jazeera has recently opened a new terminal at Kuwait which is a plus point. The new terminal is good and it gave me a much-needed break from the chaos of old airport. The check-in process took more time than expected as only 2 counters were functional.
