A more polite and helpful reply to my e mail would have been, " good news, there is a limit on the amount they charge" .

Be extremely careful when you rent a car with Budget in the future, I was charged with an additional 3/4 of the daily rate for returning the car 40 minutes after the time stated in the rental agreement. I think this is such an abusive policy, so I',m never renting with them again. 173.
