12 years ago. Your AT&T cell will work almost everywhere with the exception of Diamond Head Road approching the Light House from Waikiki, H-1 above University Avenue and on the north shore in different spot around Turtle Bay Resort. Of course, sometimes in hotel elevators, parking structures & etc.

Can't really trust the folks over there to give me the right answers. A friend called last week to ask about this and the ATT rep didn't know Hawaii was part of the US!
