It does cover ambulance service, medical evaluation, nurse escort if necessary, cash advance for medical payments to keep medical care going if your credit card isn't enough. We are also looking for travel insurance since we are out of the country for 5 months of the year.

    Yes for the last 2 years, for medical and travel emergency at less than $200 per year for the two of us, its a bargain. Worth every penny for the peace of mind especially if you cruise or go on extensive trip outside the USA and Europe. Reply. Report inappropriate content. Ann622.

    Here is my experience: WARNING: Vio.com are scammers. In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I booked a room with them in Cancun.

    The bad: 1. Airline changed departure time so we can't make the connection on the outbound flight. We found out about this only by chance because my wife called the airline to ask about luggage and seating the family together. Airline sent note to "travel agent" of the ticket, but Globehunters never informed us.

To me it looked like a rather desperate way for TA o bring in revenue. In this cae, however, I think that the main issue is outside the control of TA and TA Plus.
