   I did not use any discount / promotion code, I got an email on 2/1/2022 from Budget and said my reservation is canceled. I called budget rental car costumer service 3 times, only suggestion I got is to rebook, which will be on the new rate of $2000 more than my original booking!

You can use Expedia or other third party sites to compare rates, but then go directly to the rental car company's website to reserve.
