Went to cancel the subscription in time but in the web it said I didn’t have a prime account so I left it. After 30 days they charged me 65€ for a years Prime. I called to explain and get the refund but they refused. It’s the first and last time I will ever use edreams. Shocking customer service and a scam.
Zinaida you must have booked something or you wouldn't have an eDreams account, and eDreams wouldn't have your card details. It sounds like you booked a Prime fare, whether you intended to or not. If you did you automatically have a Prime account, which you needed to cancel before the free trial period was up.
