    Hello, I'm writing as a warning to the people - watch out for Edreams, they are dangerous scammers! I was buying a plane ticket on Edreams site and there was an option to choose a regular way of payment - which demanded more money or "the Prime membership" way which was 0 euros - there wasn't any warning saying that my account would be charged if I already used their membership trial period.

    It is a simple process to cancel Prime. 2 secs of googling revealed this instruction. “In the main window of the "My Prime Account" section, you will find a link called "Cancel my prime subscription." Click on the link, and the auto-renewal of your eDreams subscription will be disabled, ensuring it does not renew on the expiration date.”

I called to explain and get the refund but they refused. It’s the first and last time I will ever use edreams. Shocking customer service and a scam.

    Zinaida you must have booked something or you wouldn't have an eDreams account, and eDreams wouldn't have your card details. It sounds like you booked a Prime fare, whether you intended to or not. If you did you automatically have a Prime account, which you needed to cancel before the free trial period was up.
