Kayak said "go ask the airline ", the airline said "no problem, cancel the flight and then rebook when ready for free". Kayak now wants me to pay to get my original ...
Dear Fellow travelers: just wanna share my personal experience of trying to book a flight through Kayak today.. the site took my credit card details etc, like a normal flight booking procedure... only that after pressing "confirm" it tells me that the booking is being processed by the airline and if I don't get any confirmation email please call the airline directly before making a new booking.

I tried to cancel it after 10 minutes and they wanted to charge me $50 cancellation fee. Waiting 10 minutes for a customer srvice agent and get a terrible service. NOT using KAYAK anymore.
