24 hours and very prompt! There is 24 hour room service but between the hours of 12:00am and 5:00am the menu is reduced to a few items such as pizza, burger, continental breakfast, salad. Those are the items I remember. If you download the Beverly Hilton app you can see all the items available for late night.
