Answer 1 of 3: Hey All, Does anyone have an email address for AVIS car rental customer service in Panama ? Thanks a lot!
First- the customer service is awful. We waited in line for over 60 minutes to even talk with an agent then waited an additional 20-30 minutes for the car to arrive. The agent told me that extra insurance in Costa Rica is REQUIRED so I proceeded to get socked with more than $350 in additional charges above my $250 rental.

If the inside is dirty, they can charge $250.00. Ten minutes of vacuuming seems like there was more than a little dirt.
