Answer 11 of 19: I sent Hertz at Denver International Airport an e-mail inquiry about a charge that was added to my bill upon my returning it. To date - 2+ weeks later - I have not yet gotten a reply.
8. Re: Hertz Rental Denver CO - Customer Service. We rented a car for our recent trip to Denver and returned it April 4th, 2013 having filled it up with gas at the station next to the airport. As so many others have posted to Trip Advisor, a week later we have a bill on our credit card for a gas charge from Hertz.
a) find the rental car lot. b) notice the overall size of the parking area for everything at the airport. It's smaller than the parking area at your local Target. c) find the rental car garges that you are familiar with at other airports. Hint: there are none. No gold or emerald aisle at small airports.
